We are happy to introduce a new academic supervisor of the Laboratory for Social and Cognitive Informatics—Reinhold Kliegl, senior professor of experimental psychology at the University of Potsdam, Germany.
The Technology, Democracy, and Cognition group at the University of Bristol (TeDCog) hosted a seminar on our FakeNews project. Professor Kliegl presented an approach for analyzing experimental data using Signal-detection theory in the context of fake news research.
