APSA Annual Meeting 2020

SCILA research fellow Kirill Bryanov gave a talk at the 116th American Political Science Association Annual Meeting & Exhibition, which was held as an online-conference from the 9th to the 13th of September.

APSA Annual Meeting 2020

Annual APSA (American Political Science Association) Meeting was expected to take place in San Franscico, but for the first time was held in a virtual format. The theme statement "Democracy, Difference, and Destabilization" challenged the participants of the event to discuss democratic institutions, instability, and threatens to democracy.

Our colleague Kirill Bryanov took part in “What's the Buzz? News Agendas in the Contemporary Media Environment” session with his paper on the mechanisms of agenda setting in high-choice digital media environments.
