Student Communication as a Factor in Satisfaction with Education among Bachelor's Students in Online and Offline Learning

The main objective of this project is to study the peculiarities of student communication as a factor influencing the satisfaction of bachelor's students in online and offline learning.
Three main tasks aimed at solving this objective can be identified: identifying predictors of choosing an online format, examining the influence of the format on student communication, and identifying predictors of satisfaction with the learning format.
Research questions:
1. What factors (predictors) influence the choice of learning formats?
2. Is there a significant difference in the characteristics of communication (closeness and frequency) between students in online and offline formats?
3. How do personality traits mediate the relationship between communication characteristics and satisfaction with the format?
